How to make curtains rod pocket curtains

Rod pocket curtains is clean and uncluttered for windows. Cafe and fast food normally have this decorated rod pocket curtains. For making rod pocket curtains all we need is fabric and thread. Before cutting fabrics we should preshrink, in case if you plan to dry clean no per-treatment is needed. Measure the window inside and outside mounted curtains. For cut fabric width use twice the window with measurement as a multiplier to allow sufficient fullness and generous folds.

Once you determine the cut panel size, make sure how many yardage needed to make those sizes. Trim both the fabric selvages to avoid puckering while stitching width together. For making the curtains panels press both side of panel to twice wrong side and repeat the same in lower edge. Insert the curtain rod in to the casing and hang the curtains to hang panels equally. So this are the steps to make rod pocket curtains.
